The Tower of the Sun is a large building designed by the artist Taro Okamoto.
It was built for Expo '70 held in Osaka.
Standing 70 meters tall and each of the two arms is 25 meters long.
The tower has currently three faces, two faces on the front, and a face in the back.
Originally another 4th face called "Sun of the Underworld" was located on the basement floor.
An artwork called the "Tree of Life" is exhibited inside of the tower.
It presents the course of the evolution of life.
